AGM in mid/late November

Elections in late January

As a Telfer student, you have the opportunity to impact YOUR university experience. The CéTSC is an elected student body, and we host at least two Annual General Assemblies during the year. You are encouraged to attend so that you can ask questions, propose changes, and vote on the passing of new laws. We also run elections in January, so make sure to participate and cast your ballot!

101 Week

First week of the Fall semester

Year after year, the CéTSC hosts a week to welcome our incoming Telfer students. Not only is it a fun week for the 101ers, but it is also an amazing week for our captains and guides! Generally, the CéTSC accepts roughly 100 volunteer guides and captains. Applications tend to be posted late April/early May. Make sure to keep an eye out because you won’t want to miss out on this experience!

Grad Ball

Early April

Are you an upcoming graduate? We host a night just for you that includes, performances, prizes, a dinner, dancing, drinks and more! It’s time to close this chapter of your life and celebrate new beginnings with the friends you made along the way!

Clubs Gala

End of March

Our clubs play an integral role in helping students have the best Telfer Experience possible. Club executives volunteer hours of their time organizing events and activities geared towards students. Clubs Gala is a special night dedicated to these volunteers, which recognizes all their hard work and accomplishments from the past year.

Student Appreciation Days

Throughout the year

Students giving back to students. On student appreciation days come by and see us for some free goodies like pancakes, coffee and tea that will make your day a little brighter!

Wellness Week

January 28th - February 1st

Your wellness matters to us! Each wellness week, the CéTSC puts together an initiative to promote wellness and raise awareness. Stay tuned!

Multiple events over the span of both semesters

The CéTSC has partnerships with many clubs and bars around the downtown Ottawa and Gatineau region. We are able to facilitate and organize multiple student parties to raise funds for a variety of initiatives. Keep on the lookout for ticket sales!
